Perspectives on dealing with conflict

In our day-to-day work with our coworkers, not everything is rosy. How we handle uncomfortable situations is as necessary as having the best marketing.
We spend many hours in the space and well, everyone is different and processes inputs and rules in their own way. This, in a service industry like ours where the customer and our staff spend many hours together for long periods of time, causes tension and friction.
We know from experience that there are different ways of dealing with these conflicts, and we know that there are also those who take it better and those who take it worse.

We have invited Elena Giroli from Creative Works to moderate this session in which different people will share experiences that in some cases seem to come out of a science fiction novel, but always from a friendly and fun point of view. Because although we know that reality often surpasses fiction, things are always only as serious as we know how to take them.
