Coworking are spaces oriented to provide services for their community. The key is that everything is designed for its proper functioning, since the sum of small details is what makes the difference. In the structure of all processes, monitoring and continuous improvement is what makes a Coworking a space that works by marking its own strategy or being forced to constant improvisation without any result.

Now, almost three years later, a new space will put MoB under the spotlight in its new adventure in the most competitive area of the sector in Spain: the proximity of Plaça Catalunya. But the reality is that MoB has grown at its own pace, doing things its own way, not following the market and keeping its own identity.

Room 2

Sometimes the biggest challenges of managing a coworking are the little things of the day to day. This conference will help you so that the small details make the difference in the management of your coworking: How to tell coworkers they should improve their attitude for coexistence? Or how to increase synergies among coworkers?
