Coliving appeared as a fusion between coworking and accommodation, or an adaptation of coworking to rural environments. But it's been a long time since its beginning. Urban Campus leads one of those that can become the next big sector to appear in terms of flexible use of spaces.

Being a pioneer is not easy but starting a business before even there’s a sector is a mixture of heroism, magic and ingenuity. During  these 10 years Republikken has grown and evolved without losing its soul. In a time in when coworking seems to be a synonym of venture capital and exponential growth Republikken is an example of an organic healthy growth.

Room 1

The flexible market share is growing not only in big cities like London or New York but also in Barcelona and Madrid. What is the current situation and which will be the forecast in 12-24 months not only in the two main Spanish cities but also in the rest of the cities such as Málaga, Valencia, Alicante, Sevilla, Palma among others?

10:45

11:30

During the break, the cafeteria will be available as an external service to the organization (price not included in the CwSC ticket).

12:00

Room 1

Makers of Barcelona is the pioneer of coworking in Barcelona. MoB Bailén opened in 2012, and in 2016 MoB Pau opened. Now, almost three years later, a new space will put MoB under the spotlight in its new adventure in the most competitive area of the sector in Spain: the proximity of Plaça Catalunya. But the reality is that MoB has grown at its own pace, doing things its own way, not following the market and keeping its own identity.

Room 2

Sometimes the biggest challenges of managing a coworking are the little things of the day to day. This conference will help you so that the small details make the difference in the management of your coworking: How to tell coworkers they should improve their attitude for coexistence? Or how to increase synergies among coworkers?

12:30

Room 1

The working processes for the correct coworking functioning are a complex world. Although it may seem to be the least attractive part, the correct functioning and, in consequence, the success of a coworking space, depends on them.

Room 2

Almost half of the spaces in Spain are located outside Barcelona or Madrid but they receive much less attention in the media. We want to create a forum to share experiences, good practices and discuss initiatives that help these spaces to move forward and to occupy the spot they deserve in the social imaginary by creating strategies to visualize the work of the spaces.

14:00

Restaurant "Finca Campoamor" next to the auditorium (Calle Primitivo Pérez, 2, 03010 Alicante)

16:15

Room 1

We spend more time with the members of our community than with our own couples. Coexistence leads to conflicts and peculiar situations. In this lecture we want to share those cases that sometimes are close to surrealism, to see how we have overcame them, and if not, how others with similar experiences have done it.

Day 3
09:00

Masterclass designed to professionals of this sector. Six lessons with the most important topics of coworking and taught by the best professionals.
