Teresa Císcar

Teresa Císcar leads the Flex Office area at JLL Spain, part of the Office Leasing team. Her goal is, in close collaboration and offering different services to flex space operators, twofold: to find the best flex space solutions for tenants, and to advise landlords in their real estate portfolio flexibilization strategies.

Prior to joining JLL, Teresa Císcar worked for 8 years in different flex space operators (Utopicus, GSG Business Hub and Lexington), holding positions of responsibility in both the Operations and Commercial areas. She holds a Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering from Universidad Carlos III de Madrid and a Master in Business Administration from IE Business School.
