The location of coworking and flex office centres in shopping malls is reality that we have not seen in Europe until now.
It is a new reality, which has two very different visions.
On the one hand, there is the vision of the coworking space provider, who looks at the location of the commercial centre, the population around these spaces, and worries about how to monetise the space.
On the other hand, there is the vice of the coworking space manager, who sees the users of flex spaces as recurrent visitors to their malls, and how they become consumers of other types of offerings in the malls.
It is very interesting to see how the different strategies coexist to achieve a common benefit.
