Rebecca Nachanakian

Rebecca Nachanakian is the General Manager of Continental Europe at WeWork. Since joining in October 2020, she has expanded her role from overseeing Southern Europe, Benelux and the Nordics to managing all operations across Continental Europe. Rebecca leads the regional implementation of WeWork’s global strategic direction, focusing on expanding high-quality experiences for member companies and employees, fostering close cooperation with members, landlords, brokers, and other partners, and driving profitable growth tailored to regional market characteristics.

Prior to WeWork, she spent over 15 years in the luxury hotel industry, most recently as General Manager of Jumeirah Hotel Resorts.
