Rebecca Nachanakian

Rebecca Nachanakian is the General Manager for Continental Europe and the Middle East at WeWork. where she leads one of the company's most dynamic and diverse regions. Since joining in October 2020, she has steadily expanded her scope of responsibility, progressively taking on additional markets and leadership across the region. She now oversees the full Continental Europe and Middle East portfolio, leading the regional implementation of WeWork’s global strategic direction. She focuses on delivering consistent, high-quality experiences for member companies and employees across diverse markets, while working closely with members, landlords, brokers and strategic partners to drive sustainable, profitable growth in the region. 

Prior to WeWork, Rebecca spent over 15 years in the luxury hospitality industry, most recently serving as the General Manager of Jumeirah Hotel Resorts.
