Macarena has been a senior consultant at CBRE since January 2023, developing and executing the expansion operations of flexible operators in regional locations. Since joining CBRE, she has worked with strategic accounts in their expansion into new national markets, as well as in finding solutions to reduce the real estate footprint of her corporate clients and venture them into the use of flexible spaces. Since joining CBRE, she has been leading flexible space advisory projects for large owners such as El Corte Inglés, Colonial, Iberdrola, GMP, Adif Alta Velocidad and World Trade Center.
