Jeannine Van der Linden

Jeannine van der Linden is the third generation of accidental entrepreneur in her family, following the path of  her grandmother and mother.

After immigrating to the Netherlands, Jeannine founded DeKamer (based in the Netherlands) in, a network of coworking spaces targeted at startups and entrepreneurs. The DeKamer community led in many ways to the next venture as CEO of Velvet BV and Velvet Community, founded together with a former coworker in DeKamer, Alex Zelinskis.

Jeannine sees Coworking as the infrastructure of the Future of Work which also led her to become Director of the European Coworking Assembly in 2016.

Her background is in Law and she has been a practicing attorney since 1993.   

Jeannine is dedicated to supporting the development of entrepreneurial ecosystems and communities. A resident of two nations: Oosterhout, The Netherlands and/or in Atlanta, Georgia, USA.
