Carolina Brito

IMPAQTO, Ecuador's first B Corporation, Carolina Brito is an ecosystem weaver who promotes the impact ecosystem in Latin America through inspiring spaces and support for entrepreneurship, innovation, and impact investing. With a strong focus on business and high-performance team leadership, she works to accompany the development of agents of change in the region and generate a positive, equitable, profitable, and regenerative impact.

She holds a diploma and a master's degree in Management Sciences, a diploma in Leadership Management and Corporate Well-being, and is part of the third class of the Ikigai Board Member Circle – School for Independent Professional Directors with Purpose. In addition, she is an Organizational Coach with an ontological perspective and an expert in Social Innovation, Corporate Social Responsibility, and gender-focused programs.
