Artur Serra

Artur Serra, PhD in anthropology. Researcher at the i2cat Foundation (www.i2cat.net/es/fundacion-i2cat) in advanced Internet applications and services. Since 2006 member of the European Network of Living Labs (www.openlivinglabs.eu/), specialized in open innovation models based on users. In 2007 he founded Citilab (citilab.eu/en), the first European citizen laboratory where he develops several projects following this methodology, such as the Laborlab project, a living lab for the generation of new jobs. In 2012 he participates jointly with the Creativity Department of the Barcelona City Council in the Barcelona Laboratori project.
