Ecuador is a small market compared to other hubs in the region, but that is precisely why it is such a great laboratory: it forces us to build models with focus, alliances, and proposals that are truly sustainable. In this keynote, Carolina will present a brief overview of the Ecuadorian context and explain how IMPAQTO has built a brand with several locations and a clear identity, connecting coworking with social innovation and community.
Beyond “having spaces,” the session delves into the IMPAQTO model as a platform: initiatives such as pop-ups, programs, and collaborations that expand the brand's reach, generate traction in the territory, and reinforce its purpose without breaking business logic.
The goal is for the audience to leave with replicable ideas: what elements ensure that an impact-based proposal does not remain just a story, how to design for growth, and what decisions allow for a balance between impact, profitability, and operational consistency.

Objective
To offer a clear vision of the IMPAQTO model from Ecuador—brand, spaces, and initiatives—and some practical ideas for coworking operators and teams to understand how to integrate social impact (in a profitable and operable way) without losing focus or diluting the proposal as they grow.

Key points
The presentation should help to:
• Provide a brief introduction to the Ecuadorian market and the role that spaces and the impact ecosystem play in that context.
• Explain IMPAQTO's brand profile: what it represents, who it serves, and what makes it different (beyond design or location).
• Show how a model with multiple locations is structured while maintaining consistency with its founding values: what is standardized, what is adapted, and how culture is protected.
