Socimis and Flexible Workspaces

It has been a few years since Colonial and Merlin Properties acquired Utopicus and Loom respectively to develop a line of real estate that they did not have in their portfolio until then: flexible workspaces. We spoke with Fernando Ramírez Baeza and Albert Alcober to find out the point of view of these Socimis, which between them control more than 60,000m2 of flexible workspaces in Spain, on how the sector has evolved up to the current situation and how they believe it will develop in the immediate future.
