Why does a bank create collaborative spaces?

When Work Café disembarked in our country it was a surprise for many people who had not followed this project as far as Chile.

Santander says about For Café that "it is a collaborative space open to everyone. In it, whether you are a
client or not, you will be able to work, connect to the internet, hold meetings, attend events and, of course, carry out your financial transactions. You can do all this while enjoying a coffee made by our expert baristas, accompanied by signature pastries."
We spoke with Rocío Vielva, Director of Management, Strategy and Work Café Network at Banco Santander, to know first hand the reasons for an entity like Banco Santander to promote a project like Work Café.
