Javier García Iza

Javier García Iza is a Mechanical Engineer from TEC Campus Monterrey.
Together with his brother Adrián, he is the co-founder of IOS OFFICES, a leading coworking space in Mexico.
A lover of nature and outdoor sports, he has run marathons, an Ironman, and an Ultra Distance race. Today, he is dedicated to innovating organizational culture as a facilitator of productivity and happiness.
Javier has taken his message to national and international forums such as TedxKoszalin in Poland.
He is the author of the book Crece sin Inversionistas (Grow Without Investors), a bestseller published by LID Editorial.
