"Corporations have to rethink what they need corporate spaces for and give them a purpose. They used to have captive clients who attended the offices on a daily basis. Today this is not the case we barely exceed 25% occupancy in most cases, and if the organization intends to attract its collaborators to corporate spaces it is a lot to work on."
