Coworking y Hospitality

How an operator with a background in the hotel world visualizes the day-to-day running of its flexible workspaces.
The hospitality industry is a benchmark industry when it comes to customer service. With the changes and evolution in the flexible workspace sector, we have seen how some players in this sector have broken into the coworking industry thanks to the rapid pivot from a niche business to a product that falls squarely within the hospitality concept.

We spoke with Fernando Sanchez-Crespo of Wojo to explore the Accord Group's approach to customer service and other key aspects of the day-to-day operations of a coworking space.
We will understand the particular perspective of this type of operator that gives them their background in another industry and what they mean when they tell us that they put the customer at the center of the business. As always at CWSC we will ask you to move from words to deeds and give us concrete examples of how this philosophy is translated into reality.

Objective
To understand the point of view of an operator coming from the hospitality world on key aspects such as customer service and daily operations.

Key points
- How does a flexible workspace with roots in the hospitality industry deal with day-to-day management.
- How are staff trained?
- Are there differences between the qualities you look for in a person who will work for Accord and one who will work for Wojo?
