María Calvo

María Calvo is Director of Transformation, Talent and Culture at Agartha, an investment group focused on sourcing, refurbishing and operating flexible and sustainable workspaces in Spain and Portugal. The group operates under the brands Impact Hub, OneNext and OneCowork and now has 21 spaces across three countries. Until this year, María was Workspaces Director at Impact Hub Madrid and OneNext.

Previously, she was Director of Corporate Responsibility and Talent Management at Grupo Vips, leading the strategy and development of CSR and talent management across the Group’s brand portfolio and structuring HR processes.

Before joining Grupo Vips, she worked in the non-profit sector as Country Manager for Ashoka Spain, and in the technology sector as Director of eBay Spain.
