Master in Human Resources Management by EADA and trained in the best business schools in Barcelona - IESE, ESADE, in people development, health and safety, labor law and social security. More than 25 years of experience guarantee her deep knowledge in people management in medium and multinational companies in the construction, industry, health and technology sectors. Considered high potential at Pirelli for three consecutive years, awarded as the best human resources development manager in 2007, and for an exceptional job at the American multinational ICT company GTECH. In 2013, excited by the opportunities that the crisis still brought with it, and convinced of the end of work as it had been known until then, she decided to take a turn in her professional career. For a little over a year she spent researching the future of work until she decided to found Monday Happy Monday with the aim of helping organizations meet the challenges of a complex and turbulent business environment.
