Gemma Doménech

Advisor in Public Policy and Regulation of Electronic Communications at the Centre de Telecomunicacions i Tecnologies de la Informació of the Generalitat de Catalunya. Linked to the Departament de Empresa i Competitivitat of the Generalitat de Catalunya, she has led a report on the collaborative economy in Catalonia. She holds a degree in Law and a DEA in European Union Law from the University of Social Sciences of Toulouse. She is an external collaborator of ESADE as a professor of Trends and Regulation of the Communications Market of the Master in ICT Law, Social Networks and Intellectual Property, since May 2006.
