Born in 1987, Alessandro has a PhD in Computer Science and Engineering with studies at POLIMI in Milano, EPFL in Lausanne and UCSD in San Diego. During his studies, Alessandro made research on IoT, cloud technologies and smart-buildings. Alessandro has perfected his education on business topics with courses at ELIS Business School and MIP Politecnico di Milano. He co-founded both Bottega52 and Sofia Locks, being in charge of the Strategic Business Development for both the companies and acting as CEO at Sofia Locks, a company providing IoT Access Control Solution in Europe. In October 2021, Sofia Locks was acquired with a majority stake by ISEO Ultimate Access Technologies. Today, Alessandro is also an external professor at LIUC University on digital platforms and artificial intelligence topics.
