Perspectivas a la hora de abordar un conflicto

In the day-to-day with our coworkers, not everything is rosy. How we manage uncomfortable situations is as necessary as having the best marketing.
We spend many hours in the space and well, everyone is different and processes inputs and rules in their own way. This, in a service industry like ours where the customer and our staff spend many hours together for long periods of time, causes tension and friction.
We know from experience that there are different ways of dealing with these conflicts, and we know that there are also those who take it better and those who take it worse.
We have invited Núria Martínez Teixidó, Community Builder & Events Ambassador at Aticco Workspaces to moderate this session in which different people will share experiences that in some cases seem to come out of a science fiction novel but always from a friendly and fun point of view. Because although we know that reality often surpasses fiction, things are always only as serious as we know how to take them. 

Objective
To explain situations that have happened to us when managing people and how we have solved them (if we have done so).

Key points
- Each panelist explains his experience in a lighthearted way in 2-3min maximum. As well as the solution if there is one.
- The audience is asked to tell their stories.
- We look for similar stories and similar solutions.
- It is a fun, interactive panel in which the interaction with the audience should be maximum.
- The audience should be asked not to record the session and no speaker should give details or names of people.
