Rubén Carreño

Rubén Carreño is responsible for consulting for companies at CBRE, with the mission of increasing the value that workspaces and the Real Estate function contribute to the strategy of organizations. From CBRE Advisory he provides advice to large corporations in the transformation of Real Estate Areas, Portfolio Optimization, design of work models and adoption of strategic initiatives, such as flexibility, well-being and digital and non-digital transformation leveraged in spaces as an element energizer. He has 20 years of experience in the field of strategy, technology and operations. He joined CBRE from KPMG, where he assumed the role of Chief Transformation Officer, being responsible for multiple optimization and transformation initiatives, both at the process, people and technology level. He is an Industrial Engineer with an Executive Development Program from the Instituto de Empresa. CBRE is the leading real estate consulting and services company internationally and in Spain, serving the main corporations throughout the Real Estate value chain.
