Áurea Rivela

With more than 13 years driving the transformation of coworking spaces, Áurea Rivela is a benchmark in the coworking ecosystem in Spain. She is co-founder of HQ flex.com, a company specialized in Flex Office Management, which advises and manages flexible offices and coworking spaces for building owners in several cities in Spain.

Before leading HQflex, Áurea was General and Business Director at Utopicus, where she oversaw the opening of more than 40,000 m² of coworking spaces, turning the brand into one of the sector's benchmarks. He has also contributed his strategic vision in IT business consulting (Accenture), coordinated a startup incubator and managed a software solutions company.

With an eye on the evolution of workspaces, Áurea continues to promote initiatives that promote flexibility, innovation and growth for professionals and companies.
