Coworking y Hoteles

Enabling work from everywhere.

In an environment where working from anywhere is possible, and where the pandemic has accelerated a transformation that had been in the making for more than a decade.
As part of this transformation, other industries have seen how to offer workspace to new audiences or to existing audiences whose needs have changed.
Letswork was born as a platform to open up hotels to local audiences by offering workspaces and meeting rooms. With the acquisition of Krow, Letswork enters the Iberian market and does so with all the experience of operating in two very different environments.
We spoke with Paulo Palha, Head of Iberia at Letswork to learn a little more about the platform, but above all to find out why the platform began its operation by commercializing space in hotels, and its subsequent evolution to commercializing space in hotels.
its subsequent evolution to commercializing spaces in cafés and coworking spaces, the differences between the use that users make of the different types of spaces.

Objective
To understand the key factors in the use of space by clients of a platform such as Letswork in the Iberian market.

Key points
- Why start marketing space in hotels: What is the benefit for a hotel to have workspaces in its facilities?
- Why are cafes and flexible workspaces added to the platform?
- How do users use the different types of space?
- What can coworking spaces learn (how can they modify their offer) from how users use other spaces?
