The discussion about whether specialised or generalist coworking was better dates back to before the existence of the industry as such. However, with the advent of flexwork and the increase in floor space, vertical coworking was becoming a more and more limited option. Even so, Aticco, with its projects Barcelona Finance Hub in the financial sector and Madrid Health Hub in digital health, has shown what could be the way for operators to develop specialised spaces, as between them they add more than 9,000 m² to their wide range of spaces in the cities of Barcelona, Madrid and Valencia.

Objective

To analyse the most effective sales and marketing strategies for the coworking space of the future, offering operators innovative tools and perspectives on how to attract and retain customers in an increasingly dynamic market.

Key points

- Customer evolution: changes in the preferences and expectations of coworking users. - Creation of experiences beyond the physical space. - Marketing and Positioning - Integration of digital platforms for customer acquisition and loyalty. - Building a solid and differential brand through values and community. - Technology in Marketing: application of Artificial Intelligence and Big Data. - Innovative marketing models: new forms of membership and flexible services adapted to different types of users or focus on core products? - Strategic alliances with companies in complementary sectors to expand reach.
