Back to the Future: creating a hybrid coworking

In November 2020 Martina Muises created Loft 153, a small coworking space in Barcelona that was on the radar of few. Since entering the coworking industry in 2016, Martina Muises has come a long and interesting way. She combined her work at Transforma with the adventure of creating her own space at the other end of the city and soon caught the attention of freelancers and remote workers. In 2023, Martina opted to expand her business into a second location. We want to hear her reasons and motivations for this expansion.
Is the opening of your second location, and the ongoing refurbishment of the first one, a sign of the renaissance of freelance-focused coworking?
Thanks to the rise of remote workers and pay-per-use users, as well as the departure of some of the larger players from dedicated desk fees, do you have a (new) opportunity to flourish?
